ENROLLMENT
- First Steps Gym welcomes you to enroll at anytime. Classes will be pro-rated based on your enrollment date. All
classes have limited enrollment and fill quickly, so please enroll early. Classes
meet once a week.
REGISTRATION FEE - An annual non-refundable registration fee of $35 will be charged.
Once the registration fee is paid you will be issued a membership card with an
expiration date. Please present this card when enrolling throughout the year
and attending Open Play.
MAKE-UPS - We welcome you to make-up any missed class. Make
up classes are available for the current session only. Only two make ups are allowed per session. Please schedule
all make ups in advance. May use other class types as make ups.
REFUNDS – Tuition refunds will be granted if cancellation is made prior to the
second week of session. A $20 administrative fee will be charged to all refunds.
HEALTHY
KIDS - As
a courtesy to all who attend First Steps Gym Please bring only healthy children
to class. Your child should remain at home if he has had a fever, vomited, or
had diarrhea within the past 24 hours or if he is exhibiting contagious cold symptoms (usually during the first few days of
a cold).
CLASS
ATTIRE - Please where comfortable, athletic attire in the gym area. No shoes or socks are allowed
in the gym area. No shoes are allowed in the music and art rooms.
PARENTAL
ENCOURAGEMENT - At First Steps Gym, parents are active
participants in their child’s learning. Parents should stay within a hug’s
reach of their child to applaud accomplishments and assist with new skills. If
your child resists an activity, that’s okay. Let her go at her own pace,
but encourage the new skill each week.
